Meanwhile, fewer than 1.1 percent of all US counties account for half of the incarcerated individuals on death row, he added. Moreover, people sentenced to die 30 years ago are in danger of being executed for crimes where the death penalty would not even be imposed today, he added.,He said DPIC’s census database also verifies that "when it comes to executions, white lives matter more than Black lives. 三 | 　　其中，华安黄金ETF独占近八成份额，月内净流入54.50亿元，规模达到1077.95亿元，稳居同类产品首位。国泰黄金ETF、华夏黄金ETF、易方达黄金ETF分别净流入8.43亿元、6.16亿元、2.83亿元。　　值得关注的是，这已是商品黄金ETF连续第二个月实现资金净流入。7月，7只商品黄金ETF合计净流入65.09亿元，其中华安黄金ETF单月净流入53.61亿元。拉长到7月以来，华安黄金ETF累计净流入已达106.11亿元。　　跟踪SSH黄金股票指数的黄金股ETF同样获得资金青睐。8月以来，6只黄金股ETF合计净流入17.53亿元，其中永赢黄金股ETF净流入9.71亿元居首。

四 | 　　受益于金价上行，6只黄金股ETF月内均上涨超19%，永赢黄金股ETF、华夏黄金股ETF分别上涨20.20%、20.15%；跟踪SGE黄金9999指数的7只黄金ETF均上涨超11%。

五 | 　　拉长周期来看，博时基金分析指出，黄金ETF资金流动呈现一定周期性，与全球货币政策和市场风险情绪高度关联，黄金因而具备一定的长期配置属性。

六 | 　　多重驱动力共振　　从深层逻辑看，本轮金价加速突破是多重因素共振的结果。　　首先，美国经济数据走弱为金价提供了宏观支撑。

七 | 7月美国非农就业数据意外大幅降温，叠加通胀数据偏温和，市场对美联储加息的预期降温，直接利多金银价格。　　其次，美国财政部加大长期美债回购力度成为行情的直接催化剂。8月19日，美国财政部宣布扩大长期国债流动性支持回购规模，带动长期美债收益率回落及美元指数走弱。黄金作为无息资产，在收益率下行环境中吸引力提升，叠加美元走弱的计价优势，推动金价上涨。　　此外，全球央行逢低加速购金，构筑了中长期底部。2026年二季度全球央行购金288吨，年化维持约1100吨历史高位。中国央行尤为关键：截至2026年6月已连续20个月增持，且在3-6月金价回调期间逐月加速，7月更创下20吨新高，这种“越跌越买”的战略性买盘为金价构筑了坚固底部。　　机构看好中长期逻辑　　对于金价后市，多家外资机构开始指向黄金重回上行通道。　　达利欧在最新观点中警告，美国三年内或将迎来债务危机。在投资层面，他建议投资者分散投资，减持债券等债务资产，增持黄金和少量比特币，将总资产的一小部分（约10%-15%）配置于黄金，以平抑组合波动。

八 | 　　花旗银行将未来一年黄金价格目标看向每盎司5000美元至6000美元，核心依据包括美国财政部干预、美债期限溢价失控风险以及“去美元化”交易重启。　　德意志银行给出的年末目标价为4700美元至5100美元，认为依托全球央行购金与ETF回流，金价有望继续上行。　　不过，行业分析人士提示，尽管黄金的底层支撑稳定，但短期风险因素同样不可忽视。若美联储超预期转鹰、地缘冲突再度升级推升油价，或结构性买盘弱于预期，金价短期仍可能面临回调与震荡。
